Philosophy Statement: Given the growing nature of the sport and recreation industry, my philosophy for what it takes to find a full-time job and succeed in a satisfying
career in the field is as follows: My philosophy for what it takes to succeed in the Sports Management Industry is to forever stay persistent on moving forward in an ever growing
industry. As I develop relationships in the sports industry, my contacts will most defiantly be my stepping stone for my dream job. The value of profession focused around the Sports Management field is extraordinary. The philosophy I intend to follow to maximize my craft in this industry is to show the application of recognized professional practices in other words knowing my
field. My inferior style of leadership will help me motivate young men and women as I coach. My ethical decision making and professionalism in certain areas of coaching will help me in satisfying my career aspirations. To succeed in this career the person that hires me will receive a young man full of aspiration and dedication. As I coach I intend to reach out to my players mind as they mature
into men and women, this means not only coaching there aspired sports but connecting with them and find out how to bring out best not only on the field or court but also academically in the classroom.
South Mountain High School in Phoenix is very rich in its history. I had the opportunitty to play football there and had a very decent career at South Mtn. I also had the opportunitty to play 4 years of basketball and won a championship 05-06 season in the division 5AII. This experience was the best time of my life. All together I have plenty years of success and knowlege about sports.Just as I exceled on the field and court I did the same in the classroom.
Tiffin University is my last stop in actually playing the game that has become very dear to me. This stop here has tested me on many levels. I have found myself here although I may not have the opportunitty to further my career as a sports player. Butmany techniques and knowledge of this game have been mastered here. I honestly feel as if I could ultimately be a great coach in Whatever sport i choose to make a career in.
